They operate in a market which is ultra-competitive and where price-points are king.
3P approached BEAF to look at ways they could differentiate themselves from their competitors.
They wanted to deliver more value for their customers, and be the definitive destination that retail buyers would look to when searching for pet products.

A few examples of these types of pain points could be:
- How can a buyer for a retail chain be sure the product you are supplying will resonate with their customer-base?
- How can you reduce risk for a buyer through your pricing strategy?
- What marketing support are you offering in terms of driving custom through your buyer’s door?
- How do your customers know about the latest pet products?
We then used these pain-points to start to develop ideas and solutions to them, using some well-known innovation techniques.
